چکیده
Due to low oxygen solubility and mechanical stirring limitations of a bioreactor, ensuring an adequate supply during recombinant Escherichia coli cultivation is major challenge in process control. Under the light this fact, fuzzy dissolved controller was developed, taking into account decision tree algorithm presented literature, implemented supervision software SUPERSYS_HCDC. The coded MATLAB with its membership function parameters determined using Adaptive Network-Based Fuzzy Inference System tool. composed three independent inference systems: Princ1 Princ2 assessed whether there would be increment or reduction air flow rates (respectively), whilst Delta estimated size these variations. To test controller, simulations neural network model E. cultivations were conducted. fuzzification successful, resulting smoothing and, hence, attenuation oscillations. Statistically, average standard deviation 2.45 times lower than (9.48%). Results point toward increase meter lifespan possible metabolic stress suffered by cultivation.

Control of singlet oxygen-induced oxidative damage in Escherichia coli.
Singlet oxygen ((1)O(2)) is a highly reactive form of molecular oxygen that may harm living systems by oxidizing critical cellular macromolecules. The oxyR gene product regulates the expression of the enzymes and proteins that are needed for cellular protection against oxidative stress. In this study, the role of oxyR in cellular defense against a singlet oxygen was investigated using Escherich...
متن کاملEscherichia coli avoids high dissolved oxygen stress by activation of SoxRS and manganese-superoxide dismutase
BACKGROUND High concentrations of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were reported to cause oxidative stress to E. coli cells associated with reduced or inhibited growth. The high ROS concentrations described in these reports were generated by exposing the bacteria to H2O2 and superoxide-generating chemicals which are non-physiological growth conditions. However, the effect of molecular oxygen on ox...
متن کاملOptimization of Cloning Conditions for high-level Production of Recombinant Mouse Interleukin-2 in Escherichia coli
Backgrounds and objectives: Interleukin 2 (IL-2) secreted by activated CD4+ T cells has been known as a major mediator in both adaptive and native immune system due to a board range of effects on different cells in the immunity system (1-6). Methods: cDNA synthesis was performed using gene- specific primers designed by Gene Runner software after RNA extraction of mouse splenocytes. PCR pro...
متن کاملDissolved oxygen control of the activated sludge wastewater treatment process using stable adaptive fuzzy control
The paper describes the development of an adaptive fuzzy control strategy for control of dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration on an activated sludge process (ASP). The technique is applied to the Benchmark Simulation Model n.1 (BSM1) which is a standard for performance assessment and evaluation of ASP control strategies. The controller uses DO concentration error feedback and manipulates the flo...
